COMPANY PROFILE
Drukda Private Limited was founded by Mr. Sonam Gyamtsho in 2008.
He is the key person and the guiding tool of the company, who was served in various positions in the past both government and private company of the kingdom of Bhutan. He served as a General Manager in the Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan (RICBL) and subsequently as the Jt. Managing Director at the State Trading Corporation of Bhutan (STCBL). He studied in Business Administration at Ngee Ann Technical College, Singapore; attended the International Board and Management Program at SIDA with certification on Project Development and Analysis at UNAPDI, UK.
The Founder and the Chairman, Sonam Gyamtsho had passed the reign to his two sons; Mr. Singhey Gyamtsho and Mr. Karma Namdrul Gyamtsho, under whose leadership the company continued marching ahead in exploring new areas of business and investment.
The founder’s eldest son, Mr. Singhey Gyamtsho is the Chief Executive Officer, who is also the Co-Founder of Drukda Private Limited. Drukda Private Limited is comprised of energetic, diligent and progressive young professionals who constantly strive to achieve the highest standards of work ethics Drukda demands of them.
GOAL
- Identify & Recognize the changing Needs & Requirements with one eye on the present and one eye on the future.
- Identify and Recognize Activities that would complement Economic Policies & Visions of our Leaders.
- Develop profit generation models to address these Activities, Needs & Requirements alongside upholding age-old values.
- Establish independent, responsible, systematized & accountable entities to realize these models.
- Implements strong Policies & Guidelines to ensure the welfare and harmony of all Human Resources who dedicate themselves to the Goals set.
- Create or Nurture avenues that will allow society to benefit from a percentage of the profits generated.
